All striking classes are specifically designed for the needs of both, professional MMA/K1 fighters or any amateurs/average person seeking selfdefense or to get in the best shape of your life.
Karate – Karate can also be described as a martial art, or fighting method,
involving a variety of techniques, including blocks, strikes, evasions,
throws, and joint manipulations. Striking surfaces include the hands(particularly the knuckles and the
outer edge), ball of the foot, heel, forearm, knee, and elbow. Timing, tactics,and spirit, however each are considered at least as important as physicaltoughening.
K1 – Japanese Kickboxing developed into K1 in 1993. K1 combines standup
techniques from Muay Thai, Karate, Taekondo, Savate, San Shou,
Kickboxing and Western- style boxing. K1 techniques consist of highkicks, low kicks, knees strikes, punches and defensive movements.
Boxing – Boxing also known as the art of self-defense or pugilism(fist fight), is one of the most popular sports today. Boxing not only requiresa high level of athleticism, vitality and
strength, but also a high level of concentration and endurance.
